The Technology industry requires an efficient, reliable and timely response from logistics service providers in order to give its own customers the service they desire. CEVA Logistics Benelux works with many customers in the Technology sector and provides a range of services including:
- inbound logistics (for the collection of parts from suppliers to storage of goods or products)
- outbound logistics (for example the delivery of computers)
- spare-parts logistics (storage and distribution of spare parts to the aftermarket)
For the spare-parts service, CEVA Logistics Benelux has developed efficient distribution methods via dedicated logistics centres and transportation (and in many cases shared channel) networks.
The Technology sector includes high-value products, such as cameras, mobile telephones, computers or other consumer products. A major concern in the sector is the safety and security of the products in shipment. We have special procedures in place to ensure that the highest standards of security are maintained at all stages of the supply chain.
