Investors in People (IiP) is an international quality standard for effective investment in the training and development of people to achieve business goals. CEVA Logistics Benelux received IiP certification in 2004 and a renewal in 2007.
CEVA Logistics Benelux recognises that IiP provides a framework for standardising people development processes and continuous improvement. It provides a structured approach to training through linking training needs to business objectives. It develops internal communications and the morale of staff - improving motivational levels and staff retention. It also means that employees actively think about their own development: IiP is a mutual responsibility.
