At CEVA Logistics Benelux, we are committed to offering customers the highest quality of service in every aspect of our operations. This philosophy is the foundation of our business success.
A search for quality involves all our activities. Yet ‘quality' is an elusive term that doesn't lend itself to easy definition. So to help us search after it more effectively, we've identified a number of areas in which we want to achieve quality, and a number of tools that will help us assess it.
Our company performance is measured rigorously and we maintain continuous improvement in close co-operation with our customers. We operate extensive training programmes to ensure that our people deliver excellent service. We constantly reassess our performance to ensure we have the optimum tools and programmes to work with our customers to meet their changing business needs.
We are recognised for the quality of our operations in a variety of ways. We receive awards from industry organisations, trade and professional magazines and from our customers. CEVA Logistics Benelux has achieved the international Investor in People accreditation, the quality standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and the health and safety standard OHSAS 18001.
