The mission of CEVA Benelux & Multi Country Logistics is a dual aim: reducing the costs of each logistical process while simultaneously adding value for our customers. In achieving this dual aim we can also fulfil the needs of all of our stakeholders: creating happy customers, happy shareholders, happy employees and a happy society.
How do we envision to accomplish our mission?
Our vision is based on the firm belief that an EXCELLENT daily operation combined with a PASSION for logistics leads to 100% HAPPY stakeholders.
The underlying programs and business tools we use to create our ‘four happy stakeholders' as stated above are not only about clear objectives - they are also about measuring our performance, and about continuously improving our performance. And last but not least it is a structured approach en route to excellence - excellence that will support you in your efforts to optimise the efficiency of your supply chain in order to enable you to provide the best possible products or services to your customers.
Our drive for excellence is in the interplay between day-to-day services, continuous improvement and our relationship with our customers.
Attaining an excellent level of day-to-day services is one thing, but our challenge - together with you - is to propel our operations into a cycle of continuous improvement. In order to achieve excellence, we must continuously improve the quality of our activities. Supported by a wide range of efficiency programs and a state-of-the-art IT structure, we will be able to provide you with the best logistical services in the market. But this still is not enough.

At CEVA Benelux & Multi Country Logistics we view the world around us from a different point of view. We see everything from the perspective of logistics. And we mean - everything. For instance if we are in a restaurant and we see a waiter walking back to the kitchen empty-handed - or if we are in our car waiting in a traffic-jam - we know that these are basically all logistics issues. In fact, at the end of the day, life is actually one huge logistical operation and in a way ‘everything is logistics'.
